Requirements:
Fashion and luxury brand oriented
Ability to travel
Communication skills: ability to set business communication, interpersonal skills in work with staff; Ability to provide training to staff.
Fluent in Azeri and Russian
Knowledge of English language (intermediate level: oral and writing skills)
Good knowledge MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills and Internet
Ability to make decisions
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Ability to work on MSO programs
“Hard skills” abilities: analytical attitude of mind, ability to forecast, organizational skills.
Leadership skills. Ability to motivate and engage team members. Problem solving and decision making.
Job description:
Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results.
Coordination and alignment with the corporate strategy of brand marketing plan Sinteks MMC
Carrying out the relevant work for the timely renewal of windows, packaging and promotional material, as well as the implementation and development of the principles of visual merchandising
Planning procurement of products and preparation of sales forecast for the season
Conducting workshops and informing the sales staff of the new collections of products and fashion trends
We offer:
Salary: 800 – 1250 AZN plus salesbonuses.
3 month probation period
Training to improve knowledge of the brand, sales techniques, properties and characteristics of products
Visiting of exhibitions in Italy, England, France, etc.
Registration on Labour Code of AR, labour book, social insurance
