Key accountabilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operational issues in pool, whilst on duty.
• To ensure members receive a high level of service safely.
• Ensure safety of members in pool and changing room areas.
• Ensure cleanliness of pool area and use pool-cleaning equipment where necessary.
• Pick up towels in pool and changing rooms when necessary.

Required skills/experience:

• Excellent swimming and observational skills
• Excellent level of concentration
• Ability to act quickly in an emergency situation
• Strong communication skills, especially in an emergency
