ATL Electronics – specializes in sales of electronics and encompasses the network of more than 60 dealers in Azerbaijan. In ATL Electronics, our objective is not only concerned with the sales of goods but rather create opportunity for our dealers to achieve rapid and sustainable growth by supporting them with trainings, setting appropriate pricing strategies and providing marketing assistance.
Today we are looking for a successful candidate to fill in the position of Procurement Specialist.
Role and Main responsibilities:
• Interact with suppliers on a daily basis to resolve transactional issues and gather critical information invoices, tracking info, tax docs. etc.
• Responsible for appropriate supplier selection/bidding processes for selected purchase requests, and supplier and contract pricing validation for all purchase requests under category management responsibility
• Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
• Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to supplier.
• Responsible for supplier communication to resolve transactional issues
• Supervise production planning activities and Delivering cost savings for the company
• Managing the procurement supplier relationships for the company
Required skills, qualifications and competences:
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in Azeri, English and Russian
• Strong Microsoft office skills
• Superior communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
• Competency in Procurement/Purchasing software applications & systems preferred
• Demonstrate persuasion & influence skills, building collaborative professional relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities
• Teamwork, pro-activity, quality focused, detail oriented, self-development & self-motivated, initiative, good communication skills
Required education and work experience:
• Min 1 year of procurement experience in the private sector
• A bachelors (or Master’s degree) in Management, Accounting or Economics
Working conditions:
• The 5-day working week.
• Schedule: 09:00 to 18:00
