Management Systems specialist
Location: Office
Department: Management Systems
Employment Type: full-time
Key responsibilities:
Providing administrative and clerical support to the members of the Management Systems team;
Developing and maintaining databases for tracking actions to ensure that nonconformances are followed up and closed out in a timely manner;
Verification of implemented actions where appropriate.
Required general qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering and Technology;
• Fluency in Azeri, English and Russian;
• Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office;
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing;
• Effective analytical and problem solving skills;
• Be self-motivated, proactive and able to use own initiative whilst working as part of a busy team.
