The Sosial Fund for Development of İDPS (SFDİ) of the Republic of Azerbaijan,an implementing agency under the Additional Financing for “İDPs Living Standards and Livelihoods Project” financed by the İnternational Bank for reconstruction and Development and the Government of Azerbaijan,announces the following vacancy:
Deputy Procurement Manager
Requirements and Qualifications:
1) Education
• A university degree (minimum bachelor degree, master’s degree preferred) in the area of economics, business management, engineering or management;
2) Experience and Knowledge
• At least 1 years of experience in procurement, preferably in World Bank or other donor funded projects;
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani Procurement Rules;
3) Other necessary skills:
• Fluency in Azeri and good level of English;
• Good computer skill (working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Excel, Word).
Consultants will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (July 2014).
