Job Responsibilities

Assist to customer service manager to keep high service level: responsible for Loyalty and Gift cards, for monitoring customer service level by e-stores, for collecting data and preparing monthly reports.
 
• Supervises and coordinates providing stores with Loyalty and Gift cards, engaged in preparing and delivery cards and other related duties
• Handling customer complaints and resolving them as well
• Collecting data: result monitoring during visit at the stores, mystery calls, video and audio supervising and customer complaints and for preparing according this data the monthly reports
• Producing written information for customers, often involving use internet canals facebook, official site, email & etc.
• Effective and close cooperation with other departments of company: sales, marketing, law, facility & etc.
•  Offer ideas and recommendations for continuous improvement in customer service

Requirements
 
• Written and oral communication skills in English, Russian and Azeri
• Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages Excel, Word, Powel Point
• good organizational skills
• Work experience in Customer Service
