HR Manager
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in related field;
• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in HR;
• Fluent in Azeri, English and Russian;
• Proficient user of MS office programs;
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent problem solving and organization skills
• Should be able to work as a team member.
• Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.
• Should be able to handle varied tasks.
• Knowledge of labor code
• Flexible to work anytime.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance
• Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants;
• Enters new hire information in the human resource system database
• Organization document workflow, filing documents;
• Prepare new contracts of newcomers
• Checking of filled out by the employees vacation, issuing personal, vacation, termination, maternity leave, sick leave and other orders and documentation.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions;
• To deal with compulsory insurances.
• Computing and record payroll data as scheduled.
• Any other duties which may be reasonably required by General Director
Work Hours: 10:00-19:00 (5/7)
Salary: 800 / 1000 AZN
