Experience: Minimum 5 years

• Controlling of leveling of foundation tie-in plates of turbo-generator packages and other ancillary equipments. Controlling of dimensions of fabricated pipe spools, steel plates and other ready products. Any type of dimension control works relevant to assembly of project equipments
• Surveyor shall perform dimensional controls by means of measurement of all erection work activities compliance with the related projects and technical specifications. Surveyor shall prepare Dimensional Control Reports for each equipments and structures within the border lines of scope of company and  Surveyor shall submit the Dimension Control Reports to Project Manager for review and approval
• According to results of Dimension Control Report, if the dimensions are not in line with the requirements of related project figures and out of tolerance, DC Surveyor shall prepare NCR Reports and submit them to Project Manager
• Surveyor shall be responsible for the calibration of all measurement instruments and checking the correctness of performed site erection activities.
• Setting out of site points network and measures taking
• Ensuring correct site layout design
• Correct planning and allocation of the buildings’ positions in accordance with the project requirements
• Correct allocation of building projecting centre line
• Correct allocation of building columns and diaphragm walls
• Control over the correct installation of vertical casings of columns and diaphragm walls
• Control over the building floors construction in compliance with the project design level
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
• Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.

communication skills, good written and oral in English, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals/ Experience in industrial plant construction minimum 3 years
