Leading Supply Solutions LLC is a leading supply chain company that serves the biggest companies involved at Oil & Gas industry in Azerbaijan, as well as other CIS countries.

Title: Procurement Specialist

Department:  Procurement & Logistics Department

Position Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00; Saturday 10:00-14:00)

Job duties:

- Supervises & arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered
- Involvement and support in all procurement activities
- Supervises & expedites all purchase orders with local and foreign vendors.
- Responsible for all customs functions and compliance with other governmental agencies
- Supervises & coordinates all imports and exports
- Reviews freight rates: air, courier, and land.
- Works with other Procurement Team members
- Develop and manage relationships with internal customers and suppliers
- Manage the suppliers' performance.
- Monitor order progress, track outstanding orders, follow up on orders, resolve supplier issues and obtain executed orders or cancel orders as appropriate
- Coordination with Sales & other Departments for information and updates
- Review supplier’s Quotations commercially for prices options; delivery dates and prepares comprehensive evaluation (cost comparison) report
- Assist in setting up supplier meetings and negotiations
- Working strictly as per Purchasing Procedure

Requirements:

- Knowledge of payment and purchasing processes and procedure
- To work independently under pressure
- Good sourcing capabilities
- Strong decision making
- High level of motivation
- Team orientation
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications and 1C
- Language knowledge of Azeri, English, Russian etc.

Education/experience:

- Bachelor
- More than 2 years experience in a similar position
- Oil & Gas industry experience would be an advantage
