Position: Business Director

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Business opportunities scouting
* Retail chain development and managing
* Responsible for overall profitability ratios
* Planning & Implementation of sales and marketing strategies
* Responsible for increasing and tracking company market share
* Supervise managers and other employees
* Carries out supervisory responsibilities according to organization's policies and applicable laws
Requirements:
* Managerial & Negotiation skills
* Business Director work experience more than 5 years
* Ability to travel extensively
* Language skills (Azerbaijani and English, Russian is preferable)
* High education
* Direct experience in Project Management, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Contracts
Work Schedule: Full-time, 5 days
