Construction/Site Manager

a.       Oversee and direct construction activities from conception to completion
b.       Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
c.       Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
d.       Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
e.       Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
f.        Supervise contractors performance
g.       Review the work progress on daily basis
h.       Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
i.        Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
j.        Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
k.       Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
l.        Recording and keeping construction diary
m.      Manages site logistics and deliveries
n.       Manages allocated labor force to ensure waste control, traffic control, HSE requirements, fire control are maintained.
o.       Prepare scope of work for on site required activities

Requirements:
• Degree in Construction/Civil engineering is a plus
• Min 2-5 years relevant experience as Construction Manager
• Excellent strategic planning and management skills
• Good MS Office skills
• Language skills: Azerbaijani (Fluent) English(Fluent) is a plus
