Authority/Responsibility:

To assist the Sales manager in servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts.  This individual will be responsible for maintaining good customer relations.

Works with:

Inside of company: All departments

Outside of company: Clients ; Partners

Requirements:

• Education: High education preferably in economic science
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Language: Azeri, Russian, English (all fluent)
• Computer skills: Good computer literacy (MS Office)

Job Description:

• Plan all activities to ensure achievement of supplier and company distribution in stores and licensees, display, shelf, inventory, volume objectives within your territory, both on and off premise.
• Analyze sales trends and opportunities for the territory.
• Analyze all territory accounts and establish shelf, inventory, distribution, display and sales volume objectives for each supplier represented.
• Plan detailed sales presentations for each call, tailored to current supplier programs and the customer needs and objectives.
• Keep informed of competitive activity.
• Analyze on an on-going basis, opportunities/threats, and strengths/weaknesses affecting growth of company business.
• Know your supplier’s products and programs–and their benefits compared to competition.
• Develop positive customer relations.
• Must maintain on and off premises materials to fulfill job requirements, i.e., briefcase, merchandise kit, laptop computer, etc.
• Submit prompt reports and keep accurate records.
• Represent company at trade association and consumer meetings to promote product.
• Responsible for maintaining good customer relations.  Generally deals with customers and sales representatives concerning matters that require tact and resourcefulness.
• Receives and responds to telephone requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations.
• Follows up on inquiries by checking for delivery information.  Works closely with production control expeditor regarding deliveries of scheduled shipments.
• Handles the needs of sales representatives and customers by making price quotations immediately by phone on price book items.  Prepares forms for price quotations on items not in price book.
• Checks with the Credit department concerning credit status of customers when rush orders are received.
• Maintains files of active orders and posts activities, such as change notices, scheduling changes, partial shipments, and credit changes.
