After sales manager (International staff only)
Responsibilities:
• Being responsible for Trucks Service, Construction Equipment Service
• Having responsibility for being line manager to Parts Manager
• Working closely with Volvo head office
• Negotiating in warranty claims
• Implementing dealer standards for all areas of responsibilities
• Working closely in Projects that Company is involved
• Developing and Achieving customer satisfaction
• Developing the strategy of after sales Products sales
• Developing and implementing annual business plan for the sales department
• Preparing commercial offers, managing to obtain signed contracts from all new customers regarding After Sales Services
• Development and optimization of Service & Support processes and activities
• Cooperating with the other departments and participating in negotiations for new contracts, whenever necessary
• Formulating department budget, conduct operative planning, develop and use various reporting tools to facilitate the department planning and controlling
Requirements
o Proven Management / Team Leader skills
o Comfortable with team coaching and communications
o Experience in CIS and Turkish speaking countries
o At least 5-7 years of managerial experience in After Sales in the automobile industry is the must
