Baku City Circuit Operations Company hosting the Grand Prix of Europe sporting event is urgently looking for Marketing Specialist 

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested
• Working closely with external advertising and design agencies and spearheading exciting and effective campaigns
• Developing relationships with key stakeholders to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline
• Conceiving and coordinating marketing campaigns
• Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
• Monthly reviews of all campaigns and presenting to senior directors on a quarterly basis
• Maximising the use of company CRM and other marketing assets
• Prepare status reports on marketing efforts
• Facilitate day-to-day communication with cross-functional peers and highlight issues to be addressed by senior management
• Market research and benchmarking
• Working closely with the rest of the marketing team and other company departments to ensure a coordinated approach to marketing campaigns

The successful candidates should have:
 
• University degree
• Three years of marketing experience
• Understanding of local and international markets
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
• Confident and outgoing personality
• Excellent attention to detail
• Well organised and self-motivated
• Excellent command of written English, Azerbaijani and Russian with copy accuracy
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
