Job Title: Client Relations Specialist
Min 2 years work experience as a Facility/Maintenance Specialist in a Construction Company is a must.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Client Relations Specialist provides support and assistance to maintenance service departments and management in order to realize service level improvements and efficiency.
He/she is deemed competent to undertake:
KEY ACCOUNTABLITIES:
Managing all incoming requests (answer/register/distribute);
Receive and registrate the daily maintenance reports;
React as interface between management, requestor and maintenance team;
Provide round tours over the facilities/building and notice/report all occured defects and problems;
Supervising monthly meter readings;
Controlling elevators, reporting problems;
Controlling access cards (if any);
Keeping room keys and handover them to responsible persons daily;
Preparing and registration MOM`s (minutes of meetings files); NODs (notice of defects); SRA forms (paid and unpaid service receipt acts);
Preparing daily work reports; assistance regarding technical documentation;
Responsibility while fire alarm;
Coordinating work functions with co-workers and other organizational departments;
Other duties as assigned.
