Job Title: Client Relations Specialist

Min 2 years work experience as a Facility/Maintenance Specialist in a Construction Company is a must.

Department: Facility Management & Maintenance Department

JOB PURPOSE:

The Client Relations Specialist provides support and assistance to maintenance service departments and management in order to realize service level improvements and efficiency.
He/she is deemed competent to undertake:

KEY ACCOUNTABLITIES:

 Managing all incoming requests (answer/register/distribute);
 Receive and registrate the daily maintenance reports;
 React as interface between management, requestor and maintenance team;
 Provide round tours over the facilities/building and notice/report all occured defects and problems;
 Supervising monthly meter readings;
 Controlling elevators, reporting problems;
 Controlling access cards (if any);
 Keeping room keys and handover them to responsible persons daily;
 Preparing and registration MOM`s (minutes of meetings files); NODs (notice of defects); SRA forms (paid and unpaid service receipt acts);
 Preparing daily work reports; assistance regarding technical documentation;
 Responsibility while fire alarm;
 Coordinating work functions with co-workers and other organizational departments;
 Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

 Minimum 2 years related experience;
 High school diploma;
 Knowledge of service processes;
 Proficiency in computer systems;
 Good command in English and Russian languages.

Salary: 800 AZN Net
