Sr Sales Specialist

JOB PURPOSE:
The Sr Sales Specialist is responsible to the Head of Residential Sales Group for the following tasks, all of which he/she is deemed competent to undertake.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Sales of residential apartments in assigned projects
• Creating client database
• Following up with the clients
• Prepare presentations as requested and participate in corporate presentations
• Participate in market research
• Participate in developing and implementing assigned projects, from original concept through final implementation
• Understand technical details of the project to better help the project team to meet there deliverables
• Create project plans, schedules
• Coordinate, status reports, assemble project plans and teamwork assignments
• Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or key resources to meet customer needs and requirements
• Negotiations and presentations of the projects
• Preparation of agreements and other procedures
• Reporting on weekly basis

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
• 4 years of working experience in sales, out of which at least 2 years in residential sales.
• Fluency in the English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages (oral and written)
• A Bachelor’s degree
• Good MS Office skills
• Ability to work with client data base
• Mortgage financing knowledge
• Real estate valuation knowledge
