SIAY MMC is announcing a vacancy for position of Manager (Emporium Cafe)

Requirements and Qualifications :

 He/she has to ensure the quality of services in accordance with the company standard.
 Responsible for the overall implements, consumptions of all F&B polices and procedures pertain to Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
 Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation,  skills development and product knowledge development.
 Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
 Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales report.
 Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity
 Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.

As the ideal candidate, we  will need:

 Males and females
 Excellent  knowledge of English, Azeri, Russian.
 Good  MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
 Ability to develop strategic advantage through alliances and partnerships
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 An understanding of relevant consumer behavior
 Ability to work independently as well as within a team
 Minimum of 2 - 5 years of food & beverage manager experience
