Job Title: Customer Relations and Call Center

Location: Head Office

Department: Business Development

Reports to: Head of  Business Development

Receives work assignments: Head of  Business Development

Subordinate: No

Inside of company: All Department
 
Outside of company: All Customers

Requirements:

• Education: High education
• Experience: Preferably experience in customer services department and/or call center
• Language: Azeri, English, Russian (all fluent)
• Computer skills: Computer literacy (MS Office, 1C)

Professional/Personal skills:

• Goal-oriented working for realized customer relations and call center key performance targets
• Disciplined, organized, adaptable to teamwork
• Can produce creative ideas
• Properly diction, high-level communication skills and  ability to convince
• High-level reporting and presentation skills
• Customer satisfaction and solution-oriented
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

• Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised and outside of working hours

Job Description:

• Providing quality service with incoming calls
• Keep informed to the customer on the phone
• Timely, accurate and complete answer to the questions from customers
• Be forwarded to the relevant department of the problems and demands of customers, follow-up and finalization
• Measurement of customer satisfaction by making external calls
• Paying attention to customer satisfaction
• Coordination of customers problem solving
