Sales and Services Agent
Role and Main responsibilities:
• Providing services through point of sale according to internal procedures and rules reflected in appropriate documents and programs
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of products and services for Azerfon
• Ensuring sales and high standard service to customers
• Resolving customers queries and registering complaints regarding sales and service

• Fluent Azerbaijani, Intermediate Russian and English
