Sales and Marketing Manager

• Responsible for sales and marketing issues of hotel, restaurant and café
• Responsible for negotiations and conducting business talks and meetings with companies, potential clients, interested parties
• Responsible for business correspondence
• Organization of marketing plans and creating marketing strategy for the hotel (selling of hotel services, organization of events and banquets in restaurant)
• Timely market research about competitor’s services and prices
• Meet and provide potential customers with detailed information about hotel services
• Creating of base of potential customers and interesting parties, searching and attracting customers, organization work

Required:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and relationship management skills
• Very good knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian languages
• Minimum Bachelor Degree Diploma required (Master and MBA degree will be advantage)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales and marketing experience
• Hospitality experience will be an advantage
