Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with CMO.
• Search for new potential corporate clients.
• Manage personnel and develops sales.
• Review progress of sales throughout the brand.
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Formulate all sales policies, practice and procedures.
• Assist sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
• Educate sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support.
• Collaborate with CMO to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education
• Work Experience: at least 3-5 years in related field
• Fluent in spoken and written Azerbaijani and English and with an excellent command of written and spoken Russian
• Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.)
• Technical sales skills
• Proven experience in customer relationship management
• Knowledge of market research
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Formal presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in flexible working hours
• Adaptation to change
