Evaluation and Monitoring Specialist
Role and Main responsibilities:
• Evaluation of service quality based upon service quality criterias
• Submission of evaluated contacts to appropriate persons
• Evaluation of service quality of every employee and on group level
• Updating of service quality criterias, changing importance level, monitoring of compliance contemporary demands
• Determination of critical and non-critical errors
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly, as well as comparative reports
