İşin təsviri

Giltex 2012-ci ildən Sumqayıt şəhərində fəaliyyətə başlayan Gilan Tekstil Parkı müəssisəsinin ticarət nişanıdır. Gilan Tekstil Parkında yüksək keyfiyyətli Azərbaycan pambığından dünya standartlarına cavab verən tekstil məhsulları istehsal edilməkdədir. Müəssisənin bazasında Toxuma fabriki, Boyama fabriki və Tikiş fabriki fəaliyyət göstərməkdədir. Hal-hazırda Gilan Tekstil Parkında müxtəlif növ parça, yataq dəstləri, yorğanlar, yastıqlar, habelə müxtəlif təyinatlı, oda və suya davamlı uniformalar, hərbi və xəstəxana geyimləri, xalatlar, otellər üçün dəsmallar istehsal edilməkdədir. İstehsalda insan sağlamliğına zərər verəcək heç bir kimyəvi maddələrdən istifadə edilmir. Bütün məhsullar Avropa standartlarina tam uyğundur.

QA/QC Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the Company Management
• Monitor compliance of the Quality Management Standards through internal auditing;
• Oversee management of corrective action program to ensure actions are implemented in a timely manner with an effective outcome.
• To ensure the production is compliant with all external audits and adheres to all standards required. 
• Provide technical guidance, support & training to QA personnel on all aspects of QA/QC activities.
• Undertake internal audits as per the agreed schedule set by the Company Management
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Quality standards through internal auditing and reporting deficiencies to senior management;
• Oversee the implementation of suggestions and preventative actions raised from the audits;
• Report audit score and findings to senior management
• Ensure the development of the quality culture to increase employee awareness through guidance and training;
• Complete daily quality evaluations and maintain records.
• Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers representatives.
• Action and close all customer complaints
• Report customer feedback and recommend actions that may be required

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

 A minimum of 5 years’ experience within production  with a strong understanding of ISO principles, standards and Quality Management  programs, ISO inspection and audit programs – ideally in the textile industry or industrial production.
 Formal ISO qualification;
 Formal auditor qualification in ISO
 Fluent Azeri, English
