• Working under IT Manager supervising
• Installing hardware and software systems
• Maintaining and repairing IT equipment (PC, printers etc.)
• Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues
• Setting up computer security measures
• Configuring computer networks
• Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email
• Maintaining the company's IT network, servers and security systems
• Maintaining the company's phone system
• Maintaining the company AV systems (projectors, amplifiers etc.)
• Investigating and diagnosing network problems and collecting IT usage stats
• Maintaining company control access systems (card and fingerprint)
• Helpdesk for Hotel guests and staff
