Office Support Supervisor
Role and Main responsibilities:
• Coordination of functions of the outsource companies at Azerfon:
• Periodic analyses and monitoring of the performance and taking actions for the improvement of the services;
• Taking actions for the solving of the issues and problems of the internal customers in regard of the provided services;
• To increase the satisfaction of the customers together with the outsource companies periodically perform establishment of new products, promotions and services;
• Perform the periodic status meetings with the vendor companies;
• Management and coordination of the security service;
• Management and coordination of the maintenance works;
• Perform cost control and analyses of the service offers and use the best practice;
• Keep up to date with best practice;
• Management and daily monitoring of group functions;
• Identify additional areas for analysis and improve of group processes;
• Perform the analysis of the surveys and work out the improvement plan;
• Provision of the necessary trainings and working on improvement of the group;
• Writing of the technical requirements and automation of the processes when necessary;
• Preparation of the reports weekly and monthly;

• Knowledge of Azerbaijani (Fluent), Russian (intermediate) and English (upper intermediate);
• Good knowledge of Office programs (Excel; Power point; Visio and etc.)
Required education and work experience:
• Higher education (Management, Economy);
• At least 3 year of general office experience performing the full range of office support duties;
• Strong experience in working with the outsource services (catering, cleaning, security, maintenance and etc.);
• Solid knowledge of processes, protocols and procedures with a focus on budget and fund management;
• Strong experience in evaluation of productivity and cost-effectiveness of operations, workflow and equipment;
• Solid interpersonal communication skills including verbal and written, active listening, critical thinking, persuasiveness, advising and counseling skills.
• Knowledge of general construction and maintenance materials is preferable;
