EnerMech’s Cranes & Lifting division offers a professional and competitive service in all areas of offshore crane and lifting operations. We provide specialist services in the operation, inspection and maintenance of cranes & associated lifting equipment, and lifting related equipment, as well as design, engineering and management of onshore & offshore crane projects.
 
At the moment Enermech Baku is looking to recruit the Commercial Manager.

Job responsibilities:

• Commercial modeling (incl. pre-bid rate / cost analysis) on all contracts
• Future contracts review and negotiation of exceptions to contract
• Current Contract optimization
• Identify upsell opportunities within current contracts
• Current tender win rate analysis to optimize margins
• Contractual dispute resolution (in conjunction with BL manager)
• Adherence to the Authority Matrix for bids
• Position dictates close working relationships with Regional Accounts (Data Input) and Legal Departments
• Position will report directly to General Manager

Required Experience:

Essential

• Candidates shall have good communication skills and have self-confidence, such they can deal with pressure situations.
• Think proactively, with minimal guidance and supervision.
• Candidates should have experience in administration role
• Self motivated
• Able to work as part of a team
• Good communicator and Approachable
• Ability to learn company specific systems
• Competent computer skills
