Logistic assistant

Norm LLC has completed a construction of “Norm Sement” plant in Garadagh district of Baku city, with production capacity of 5 thousand tons of clinker per day and 2 million tons of cement per year and launched the cement production.

Requirements

Educational:

• Bachelor  Degree

Required competencies:

• Strong customer service orientation
• Effective planning and organizing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks assignments meticulously and in a timely manner
• Team orientation
• Excellent communication, inter-personal and problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask

Language and IT knowledge:

• Azerbaijan  -  Good in written and spoken
• MS Office

Main Responsibilities:

• Inspection of forwarding companies’ garages (facilities, equipment, drivers)
• Preparation of GPS reports
• Monitoring of the accuracy of dispatch in accordance with logistics plan (right amount of the right product to the right address)
• Offering support to dispatchers for correct use of the applications
• Monitoring of on-time delivery performance and meeting customer specifications and expectations
• Analyzing of logistics data, preparation of reports
• Substitute dispatcher in case of necessity
• Perform any other duties as assigned by line manager
