Main responsibilities
(Main, essential, regular tasks & duties to be done. Responsibilities for team, processes & programs coordination and management) 

Planning and coordinating Transmission related IP networks
Prepare Low level designs for IP Transmission RAN related networks
Transmission Capacity Planning for 2G & 3G sites depends on requirement
IP planning for new planned Network Elements
All RAN related Work orders has to be updated with IP TX data and distributed to the concerned department
Database  management for all IP Transmission Network
Weekly analysis of IP Transmission Network and alternative solutions to be provided for non performing TX links.
Responsible for preparing the plans for new sites integration to OSS
Configurations of 1353NM LANs and EMLs.
Logs management and Trace management
Creation of Alcatel MW Products on 1353NM.
Creation of Huawei MW product on U2000 Server
Running different kind of scripts in UNIX to enhance the server performance
Installation of the New Patches to increase the performance.
LAN planning and LAN balancing as per ALU standards
Coordination with DCN team for the Troubleshooting of MW equipment supervision
Ethernet performance monitoring
Efficient design and cost effective dimensioned IP network infrastructure
Provide L2/L3 connectivity plan of IuB/Gb/IuPS interfaces based on existing transmission topology
Responsible for successful completion of each stage

Report to Transmission Planning Manager on a daily basis
Optimization of the design,  by implementing necessary changes in design to meet the timeline
Maximum utilization of available equipment (assets) in operations and or in warehouse
Minimize changes in design of existing networks

Special professional skills: 

Technical /CCNA and CCNP
Ability to work overtime and night time /24/7 reachable
