Requirements

University degree in Technical science
2+ years’ work experience in Telecom area
Work experience in Information Communication Technologies and Programming
Work experience in Unix,Linux,Solaris,Windows systems
Knowledge in Shell scripting
Fundamental knowledge in GSM/UMTS, Telecommunications and IP networks
Analytical skills
Fluent Azerbaijani, upper intermediate English and Russian
Excellent MS Office skills
Free of military obligation
Driving license is preferable

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide stable functioning of Operations Support System (OSS) servers and platforms
Provide stable functioning of all OSS services
Provide normal aggregation and reporting of performance indicators for OSS
Operation and controling OSS servers and platroms appropriate L2 layer
Provide normal aggregation and reporting of alarms on OSS
Provide integration, acceptance of new OSS platforms
Provide physical and software upgrade of OSS servers
Provide analyzing physical and software problems of servers and solve them
Provide access to new versions of applications on OSS
Provide health check of OSS servers and platforms, analyze and reporting them
Provide full offline and online backups for OSS servers and platforms
Monitoring directory space for OSS servers and platforms
Controling end users and security of OSS
Monitoring OSS servers and platforms
Provide preventive and corrective measure on OSS servers and platforms
Improve OSS and automation of processes
Implement PW’s and immediately resolve randomly generated problems
Inform related teams if any critical alarm was generated
Control network problems in real-time and cooperate closely with Network Monitoring Center
Create and update OSS related to network passport and diagram
The works carried out in accordance of Business Procedure of Company
