HR Assistant/Administrator

Job description:

• Assisting with implementation of company HR policies and procedures;
• Ensuring accurate administration of personnel documents based on local legislation and regulations; • Assisting with recruitment process;
• Participating in the hiring and promotion process; 

• Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:
 
• Bachelor Degree in Legal or Economic field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR with a multinational company;
• Good knowledge and work experience in HR administration;
• Good knowledge of local statutory labor policies and regulations;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, mature and the ability to persuade others;
• Proficient in  Azerbaijani and Russian, preferably good knowledge of English;
• Accurate, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines;
• Proficient in MS office
