Currently we are recruiting a Sales Manager who is responsible for the overall performance of the brand, which includes managing and developing the P&L, image and positioning. It's a key person to plan, develop and implement sales initiatives and activities for their brand or product.
JOB OBJECTIVES:
• Ensure proper store, product and visual merchandising management
• Ensure Brand Representation and Positioning in the Market
• Achieve Sales Target
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Professionally supervise store staffing
• Define sales target for each store and work closely with managers to achieve sales target
• Ensure Store Visual Merchandising in line with guidelines
• Proficient Product Supply
• Sales analysis within the season
• Define best selling product to place additional order
• Price and Product analysis in the Market
• Coordinate with Logistics Department
• Monitoring to ensure high level of Customer Service in the stores
• Active participation in the development and marketing objectives
• Target audience and advertise strategy
• Supervise execution of marketing plan
• Conduct timely report to management
