Sales and Procurement Coordinator (female)
Job Purpose: To serve customers by selling products; meeting customer needs.
Key Duties:
- To find new subcontractors, to carry out market research
- Create a Quote for customer information
- Building strong relation with customers and effectively dealing with problems
- Develop relationships with clients;
- Checking inbound inquiries and orders
- Coordinating shipping to customers
- After sales service
- Controlling Production calendar and checking inbound orders (wholesale and Retail)
- Coordinating with Logistic for shipment (inbound and outbound) and Technicians for materials customers needs
- Making sure wholesale commercial terms (pricing, payment and shipment)
- Customer service: handles customer service issues in collaboration with retail and wholesale management process

- Be able to demonstrate a proactive and flexible attitude to work
- The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people at varying levels both internally and externally including suppliers and customers
- Ability to form strong supplier / customer relations
- Demonstrate the ability to solve problems and where necessary make decisions under pressure
- Be sufficiently numerate and a clear logical thinker with good analytical skills
- Be self motivated
- Have good time management, planning and organizational skills
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently when required
- Microsoft Office programs

- Excellent negotiation skills and customer orientation
- Analytical thinking, problem solving
- Azerbaijani - native ; English and Russian languages - fluent
Working schedule:
- 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 09:00-18:00
- Fixed salary + bonus
