Duties and Responsibilities:
Under direct supervision of “Sabah Group” General Director, the Brand Manager Assistant will:
• Correspondents with foreign partners
• Ordering for all brands (we place the order for Spring-Summer and Fall-Winter)
• Finance forecasting - make finance forecasting of every brand for every new season, calculate P&L table for every new store, order, project from season to season.
• Reporting and analyse work – make analyse of all sales
• B to B – be responsible for development of business to business of project
• Work with invoices – checking invoices and orders
• Stock management – be responsible for stock police of project – check replacement for stores
• Optimization of processes – made optimization a lot process in stock, office and stores.
• Management and training of personals in stores
• Logistic management – be responsible for logistic management of brand goods.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
(must have education with applied mathematics and cybernetics
Knowledge and experience:
Fluency in English, Russian and Azeri is required, both written and verbal.
Excellent knowledge Excel and other Office programs;
At least 2 years experience at branding and stock managing (preferable in retail);
Sense of responsibility;
Willingness and ability to work efficiently in a team environment;
Highly developed sense of responsibility and correctness.
Required Competencies:
Age from 20 – 35;
Proven organizational skills;
Ability to communicate well with the general public.
Special requirements:
Ability to travel to other countries to attend in meetings and made orders as required;
Conditions of work:
Registration under the Labour code of the Azerbaijan Republic;
Must be Azerbaijan citizenship;
Salary 600 AZN
