Job Title: Entertainments Coordinator

Overall Job Purpose:

To lead the Activity team in designing, adapting, improving and producing fun, engaging, challenging and safe evening programs, theme days, opening programs, closing programs, parties and other entertainment, which fulfill the aims and objectives of Winter Resort Recreation.
Working with the Activities Coordinator, to support the activity leaders and to maintain a physically and emotionally safe environment for the participants.

Main Responsibilities:

• Designing, adapting, improving and producing high quality of the evening programs, theme days, opening and closing programs, parties and other entertainment
• Ensuring the entertainment programs are fun, engaging and challenging for the participants and that they meets the aims and objectives of Winter Resort Recreation
• Ensuring that the entertainment programs are age appropriate, and challenging for the individual and for the group
• Working closely with Activity Leaders to provide the best possible experience for the participants
• Coordinating heavy snow day back up entertainment programs/locations as required
• Coordinating opening and closing day entertainment in consultation with the Hotel manager
• Evaluating the entertainment programmer on an ongoing basis and implementing improvements, making best use of the available resources
• Sourcing equipment, resources and materials for use in the entertainment programmer; 
• liaise with external individuals, groups and organizations who can provide equipment and services for theme days, evening programs and other entertainment

Knowledge and Experience:

• Fluent in English and Azeri; Russian preferred.
• Proven track record of leading and co-coordinating activities for children and adults.
Special Conditions:
This is a residential position, accommodation will be provided on site for the duration of the contract and meals will also be provided.
