LOGISTICS SPECIALIST

Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,
• Hands-on work experience in a similar position,
• Good level of logistics and distribution process understanding,
• Basic level understanding of accounting and collection processes,
• Exhibits good communication skills and can work effectively at all levels, both internally and externally,
• Strong problem solving, decision making and analytical thinking skills
• Commercial attitude and desire,
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English (Russian and Turkish preferable)
• Good command of MS Office applications,

Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

• To make cash collection for sales of scratch cards,
• To prepare reports related to collection process,
• To make stock control of the game materials,
• To define quantity of game materials considering former game periods,
• To provide seamlessly production and distribution process of the game materials,
• To make temporarily purchasing requests considering the estimated needs,
• To prepare dealer needs list and forward it to the production and distribution companies,
• To prepare the necessary reporting of the used and distributed materials by company and dealer,
• To respond immediately to the calls coming from Call Center,
• To prepare logistics purchases and make the monthly actual forecasted budget comparisons,
• To ensure the warehouse counts and control of suppliers and do the necessary reporting,
• To manage and prepare periodically (monthly, quarterly and annually) logistics and distribution reports,
• To participate in the preparation of logistics and distribution budget; analyse and report monthly budget and actual comparisons.
