IT/User Support Engineer
Requirements:
Higher Education;
More than 3 years of experience in IT field;
Knowledge of Azerbaijani (Fluent), Russian and English (pre-intermediate) languages
Certified/Experienced employees preferable;
Good comunicational skill;
Time management;

Roles & Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring computer equipment (PC, notebook, telephone, printer and scanner);
Installing and configuring various software;
Troubleshooting problems related with Microsoft Windows/Office systems;
Troubleshooting problems related with computer equipment;
To carry out duties according IT policy and procedures;
To bear material responsibility for the equipment in IT operation and warehouse;
Documenting infrastructure systems including hardware and software systems;
To travel to Azerfon premises in order to support İT operation;
To prevent any risk of information leakages;
Control 3rd party companies works related with IT;
Perform notification about business affected problems on the network in time;
Provide timely response and onsite support for end users;
To work in non-traditional business hours in support of IT operations;
24X7 on call support for mission critical systems of the IT Infrastructure;
Other IT duties may be assigned as required by business needs;
Propose new IT systems, tools and technologies in order to improve/optimize the end user systems operation/support;
