EnerMech’s Cranes & Lifting division offers a professional and competitive service in all areas of offshore crane and lifting operations. We provide specialist services in the operation, inspection and maintenance of cranes & associated lifting equipment, and lifting related equipment, as well as design, engineering and management of onshore & offshore crane projects.
 
At the moment Enermech Baku is looking to recruit the Trainer/Assessor.

Job responsibilities:

• To deliver Rigger, Rigger Assessment, Banksman/Slinging and other Lifting Related Training Courses (Theory & Practical) to delegates primarily based at EnerMech’s Training Centre in Baku.
• Flexible approach to all Training Requirements.
• To provide Safety Awareness courses to clients employees as required.
• Accurately Record attendees on all courses and provide paperwork to Training Administrator on completion.
• Support Training Administrator with Planning of activities
• Provide professional and courteous instruction at all times when representing EnerMech.
• Use Company provided Training Material at all times together with Laptop & Training Presentations/DVD’s whilst on assignments away from base as required.
• Develop and contribute into continuous improvement and development of existing and new course material
• Any other duties as required by Training Manager - Azerbaijan.

Required Experience:

• Must be able to speak clearly in Azeri, Russian and English and deliver material accurately with Job knowledge and experience
• Professional appearance and conduct at all times.

Required Qualifications:

Essential
• Extensive experience as an Offshore  Rigger, Banksman, Lifting Engineer  or Crane Operator NNS, SNS or Overseas
• Shows aptitude for progression into a training role.
 
Preferred
• Either D32/D33 or A1 (A Units) or similar qualified or willing to be registered with college for ongoing course.
• Current Offshore & Survival Course.
• Extensive Offshore knowledge and experience of different Platforms and Vessels.
• Recognized training certificate
