Norm Cement Factory
Norm LLC is embarking on a construction of Cement Plant. The plant is located in the territory of Garadagh district, one of the most industrial important areas of the country.
The production capacity of 5 000 tons of clinker per day and 2.000.000 tons per year gives the opportunity to become the largest cement production company within the South Caucasus and Caspian Region.
We are currently seeking for Concrete Laboratory engineer
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Make sure that Lab Equipments are working properly
Prepare the work flow charts to establish efficiency.
When any product which is out of quality standarts has been produced, stop sales immediately.
Establishing ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and get ready for yearly audits
Based on the Quality Control Plans, following, recording & filing specified parameters
Follow the rules of Occupational safety and health and make sure all lab employees are also applying.
Training the lab employees to improve their knowledge about lab equipments and tests.
Monitoring the breakdown records cards and maintenance periods of the lab equipments
Determine and report the principal causes of quality losses and non-performances
Ensuring the lab equipment ready to use all the time
Contribution to the customer complaint handling process and execution of the required tests when necessary
Planning and following of lab and industrial tests and preparing reports and communicating with related departments
Execute the jobs of the Lab manager in case of absence
To provide leadership by directing, coaching, supporting and delegation as the situation requires.
Following the stocks of lab materials and purchase when it is needed.
Provide technical support or assistance to the workers, technicians and Technical Sales Officers
Requirements:
• University Degree
• Laboratory equipment operation experience
• Experinence in a Laboratory
• Preferably cement, Concrete or chemicals additives industries.
• X-Ray equipment experience,
• Core Sample Preparation
• Experience of any Cement Lab. test equipment
• Experience of any Concrete Lab. test equipment
• Experience of any Construction chemicals additives Lab. tast equipment
• Experience on Management Systems (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001) is a plus
