Job title: Fit-out Manager
Key responsibilities:
• Manage the interior fit out works for shops, restaurants, offices, Villas…
• Develop a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on standard forms
• Develop a procurement and time schedule for each project
• Insure that all parties involved in the project including subcontractors and all Client team (MEP and construction team) have the updated information
• Oversee the daily site works and issuing site instructions
• Coordinate on a regular basis with all project team and contractors
• Communicate with design teams to clarify all details
• Experience in budget management
• Manage teams to achieve the required goals
• Day-to-day management of construction team members on site
• Ensure that all quality control and health and safety is adhered to at all times
• Providing up-to-date information to the Project Manager on construction progress
• Ensure that project notes and project meeting minutes are up-to-date and being actioned
Required skills/experience:
• Very Good written and verbal communication skills (English , Azerbaijani or Turkish)
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in managing interior fit out works
• Strong Knowledge in Computer Applications such as AutoCAD, project planning tools, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Energetic, enthusiastic and ambitious
• Strong knowledge in application details and material
• Experience in budget management
• Excellent knowledge and experience in reviewing Architectural, Structural, MEP, Lighting, Landscape drawings.
• University degree in Architecture/Civil Engineer/Construction
