Branch of “Novartis Pharma Services AG’ in Azerbaijan looks for potential self-motivated candidates to join our growing team as Office/Purchasing Manager.

Major Accountabilities

o Office management to ensure its smooth running aligned with the company quality requirements
o Local purchasing and procurements, including but not limited to tender processes, market analysis
o Events and travel management
o Records & documentation related to abovementioned subjects

Requirements

o Higher education
o Language skills: Fluent in Azeri, Russian and English
o Proficient in MS Office applications
o It is plus if the candidate has 1- 2 years of experience in office management and administrative support functions, preferably within multinational companies
