Logistics Specialist
Requirements:
• Higher education
• At least 1-2 years of experience in relevant field
• Local Logistics basic knowledge
• Incoterms Basic nknoledges
• Understanding commercial figures;
• Understanding transportation processes
• Invoice and other payment documents management;
• Data maintenance of required documents, supplier’s information, acceptance acts, etc in responsibility
• Fluent Azerbaijani and Russian, intermediate English language skills
• Strong MS Office skills (ERP Navision skills is a plus)

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Verification of shipping documents such as Shipping Invoice, Packing list, COO, AWB, B/L, CMR. Preparation of documents for customs clearance. Execution of the necessary supporting documentation
• Organization and controlling of import / export formalities
• Controlling of Customs clearance process of imported/exported items
• Tracking the goods in transit. Monitoring delivery.
• Controlling period such regimes as Responsible storage, temporary import/export
• Recording all import/export issues in database. Keeping scans of all import/export documents. Recording registers.
