Hotel General Manager
Requirements
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
1. Degree in hospitality management
2. At least 8-10 years’ experience in within 5 star hotels
3. Must have a proven track record of being General Manager or Deputy General Manager for last 2-3 years in the hotels
4. Excellent track record in performing within top-end operations at difficult locations
5. Exceptional understanding of Reservations, Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping, Rooms and F&B Divisions
6. Exceptional financial acumen
7. Continually develop sales plans, manage the Public Relations as the face of the establishment and bring forth additional revenues through promotions
8. Lead and manage a highly motivated staff
9. Remain as the main contact for VIP guests
10. Showcase strong networking skills and provide the brand a deeper market penetration
