Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- To chase manufacturer/supplier once PO sent to them
- To add statuses and always keep reports updated according to Company policy.
- Inform processing/sales team if any amendments or technical conformation required by manufacturer/supplier for them to refer to customer and revert.
- To make sure customers are always updated and they are aware about any delays from manufacturer/supplier side.
- To make sure manufacturer/supplier provides official letter explaining the reason of any changes or delays and provide it to customs to proof that delay was not done from R&M side.
- To make sure manufacturer/supplier will provide proper export and quality docs required by international law/by R&M and by Customer along with the goods and electronical copy.
- To prepare shipping invoice & packing lists of for ready goods
- To get from manufacturers any applicable certificates for products/MSDS.
- To apply to Chamber of Commerce for getting COO if required
- To create ASN in Geodis system and load all docs and details there
- To send copy of shipping docs and certificates to customer or their preferred document control team and save this in companies database
- To apply for export docs and get EX1 or export declaration
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience is Logistic department
- Understanding of Incoterms
- Bachelor’s degree (with Technical background preferable)
- Knowledge on electrical Equipment
- Excellent problem solving and organization skills
- Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian, Azerbaijani
- Good presentation skills
- Able to work as team member
