Job description:
- Find & research potential customers;
- Manage sourcing of customers. Build and maintain relationships with customers and growing customer base;
- Constant communication with existing and new customers;
- Make at least 20-30 cold calls during the day;
- In-person meetings with customers;
- Act as a liaison between customers and operations staff;
- Maintenance of current customers: including analysis of current lanes to ensure competitiveness;
- Monthly financial analysis: including determining overall success of current customer profiles;
- Determine current rates in the market place offered by competitors;
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data in CRM and other programs if needed;
- Meet company’s targets according to existing plan and grow volume;
- Production of after-sales service;
- Reporting to the Country Manager at the end of the day: number of calls and meetings fulfilled, quantity of confirmed orders, number of problem cases;
- Represent the company at events and exhibitions.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, logistics or related field, with at least 2-3 years experience in shipping & logistics;
- Proven track records of developing and implementing successful business development strategies and achieving sales targets;
- Own portfolio of customers;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make decisions;
- Strong customer focus and commitments to provide exceptional service;
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.
Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
Salary: based on the interview results and skills of the candidate.
