Requirements:

Higher Education
At least 2 years of experience in travel arrangement
Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian
Ability to coordinate requests in non-working hours
MS Office Programmes

Roles & Responsibilities:

To provide requestor with the best suitable flight ticket and hotel options

Organization of travel services via travel agencies: ordering air tickets, travel insurances, holding negotiations with internal/ external hotels and booking of rooms
To proceed with requests on visa obtainment: to provide requester with hotel booking, flight reservation, insurance and visa support letter (when required)
To provide travel services to the Subsidiaries

Organization of Local Business Trips

Control over travel budget and provide weekly and monthly report as per defined form
