Provide support to partners whenever needed
Stay up to date with product knowledge, including the features and benefits of various fitness centers and activities, to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
Create a ticket for every problem, suggestion or request raised by a user/partner
Ensure that problems are resolved in the shortest time possible
Work in admin panel to add/edit users and partners as needed (with the approval of relevant team members)
Requirements:
1+ years of experience
Bachelor’s degree is a plus
MS Office
Fluency in Azerbaijani
Fluency in Russian
Basic knowledge of English
