IT Department/ Application Development Specialist
Requirements:
Higher education (Mathematics or Computer science is an advantage)
3 years of experience in Software Development
1 year project management is an advantage
Deep understanding of object oriented programming
Experience in development using C# or Java (J2SE/J2EE) Web development is advantage
Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL (PL/SQL or T-SQL is advantage)
Windows and Linux/Unix on advanced user level
Create normative and procedural documents on IT aspects of company’s activity
Methods of effectiveness estimation during new techniques and technologies introduction;
Ability to work under pressure and meets deadlines.
Strong communications skills, both written and oral.
English level at least pre-intermediate;
Military service(mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Produces written technical and functional documentations
Manages all phases of the reporting development lifecycle.
Participates in the development of the company projects, relate on reporting part
Contributes in the constant improvement actions of the reporting unit.
Be ready to learn all the technologies necessary to accomplish the required tasks.
Ensures the transfer of the developed reports to the End-users, as well as to the responsible operational unit.
Development of statistic and analytic reports
Modification of available reports
Audit of available reports
Cataloging of available reports and their backup
Respects and applies approved procedures and processes and proposes constant improvement actions.
Ensures full backup know how for each task and activity
Ensures 24h/7d on-call availability
Ensures health of all informational data
Execute department activities in consistent with internal procedures existing in company, confidentiality policy and government legislation
By fulfilling working duties execution of team leader, department manager or IT director verbal & written instructions as well as following the existing internal rules.
Keeping coordination with the other departments and groups and build relations between top management of the company and unit employees
