Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop trade marketing plans aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Develop promotional campaigns, incentives, and merchandising strategies to drive product awareness and sales growth.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including POS materials, product displays, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in trade marketing, preferably in the distribution or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
