Position: Construction Supervisor (Finishing / Fit-out works)

Location: Baku

Required skills/experience:
           
• Relevant work experience in Finishing / Fit-out works
• An experience in construction project work with demonstrated capabilities, having successfully undertaken work on construction projects
• Must be Computer literate, and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel) and be conversant with AutoCAD
• Hold relevant qualifications (diplomas, bachelors, masters etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of English and Azeri languages (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal & organizational skills

Job description:

• Monitor Health & Safety
• Monitor site progress and report based on check lists etc
• Assist with the handover procedures
• Assist with inspections
• Assist with MEP issues where practical
