Reporting to: Training Manager
Main Responsibilities
• To ensure all administrative requirements are completed in time
• To coordinate EnerMech employees’ attendance of English lessons and support Training Coordinator as necessary
• Prepare financial and other weekly and monthly reports (including accruals)
• Prepare Sales Quotation/Proposals for training requests in Navision and therefore communicate with Training Coordinator as necessary
• To prepare Sales Orders, POs and other backups for Financial Dept in order to raise invoices timely
• Raise POs in Navision assigned against Training Department budget
• Communicate with Clients in order to get POs and other document backups as quick as possible
• Prepare contracts between Clients and EnerMech Training Department
• Any other duties as required by Training Manager to ensure efficient running of the department
REQUIREMENT for the Job:
Essential
• Advanced level in Azeri, Russian and English languages
• High School Graduate
• Excellent computer skills
• Experience in administration role
• Ability to develop and improve processes and work activity
